Were you ever about to sign a contract for a personal loan, credit card, or other consumer credit and discovered that it was all working out more expensive than you had first expected? An EU-wide investigation of websites offering consumer credit took place to check whether consumers are receiving the information to which they are entitled under EU consumer law before signing a consumer credit contract.

The spring Consumer Scoreboard published on the occasion of the European Consumer Summit 2012 shows that in 2011 there were improvements in many EU countries. However knowledge about consumers rights is still rather poor.

Konsument z Norwegii zaplanował zakup auta za granicą, a dokładnie w Polsce. Za pomocą polskiego pośrednika znalazł wymarzony pojazd u polskiego dealera. Umowa została podpisana, a konsument wpłacił ponad 2 tysiące euro tytułem zaliczki. Mijał czas, a samochód wciąż nie był dostarczony do Norwegii.
