The volcanic ash crisis 2010 clearly shows – Air Passengers’ Rights need attention
On October 28th 2011, The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) launches the report “Air Passengers Rights Report 2011 – in the aftermath of the Volcanic Ash Crisis”. The report, which covers all EU countries and Iceland and Norway, focuses on several aspects relating to air passengers’ rights in the EU today, in particular during 2010.
