Disappointed consumer reported a problem to ECC-Net. It turned out that the seller’s practice was to ignore requests that did not include complete data for bank transfer (eg. SWIFT code was missing). However the consumers were not informed about the necessity to complete them. Thanks to cooperation of ECC Poland and ECC Finland the consumer received full reimbursement of 159 euro.

A Finnish consumer bought supplements from a Polish seller. The product was covered by a quality guarantee, which meant that, in the absence of effects, the consumer could return the goods and receive a full reimbursement. Due to the lack of promised effects, the consumer returned the goods according the received instructions. Unfortunately he did not get promised  reimbursement.
