The seller deleted the game from his customer’s account without notice. The consumer demanded a refund and decided to buy this game in another shop. However, the Polish trader did not respond for a couple of months. Thanks to the intervention of the ECC Poland, the Polish company returned him money and admitted that the game has been deleted by mistake.
