The European Consumer Centre of the Czech Republic has prepared a special guide for tourists visiting the Czech Republic in order to facilitate them travelling across the country. The purpose of the booklet is also to increase a sense of security and comfort among guests from foreign countries. Apart from that, the guide is supposed to spread the knowledge about basic rights of the consumers in all member states of the European Union.

It will also help consumers in their fight for their basic laws in case of any problems with purchased goods or services.
