On June 29-th 2009 the District Court in Warsaw made the state of insolvency publicly known. The creditors can participate in the proceedings by filing their applications to be admitted to the statement of liabilities in the District Court in Warsaw, 00-454 Warsaw, 100 Czerniakowska Str. Within the respective deadline which is September 29-th, 2009 applications must be accompanied by appropriate documentation /regarding title to the credit and priority rights/.
The bankruptcy trustee of the bankrupt`s estate Mr. Maciej Szadkowski was also appointed to administer legal and administrative proceedings in the name of the bankrupt. His head office is in the seat of the bankrupt company Warsaw, 39 17 Stycznia Str. mail mszadkowski@wp.pl.
