Unfortunately, after returning to Poland, the consumer did not receive any money. The trader verified its position and stated that the withdrawal was reported too late, which entitles him to keep the whole amount of deposit. The consumer filed a complaint to the ECC Poland. With the participation of Polish and Danish center the problem has been resolved amicably. The consumer was given back 1000 euros.
