The consumer tried to explain the situation, but the complaint department of the carrier gave her contradictory information. What’s more, nobody was able to specify the price of one ticket (the consumer bought together both tickets for Warsaw-Mediolan-Warsaw). Helpless consumer sent a complaint to ECC Poland. During the process of verification of the case it appeared that Polish regulations differ significantly from the Italian version. This was the main reason of the conflict. Finally, the carrier admitted its mistake and returned the money – 100% of the price.
