So he decided to file a complaint to the European Consumer Centre in the Netherlands, which sent it to the center in Poland. Initially, the entrepreneur has promised to refund. Unfortunately, later stated that the money can only be sent to the client’s account which was set up on his website. The consumer did not agree to such a solution. He was not interested to shop more in the store of dishonest trader. In the course of correspondence with ECC Poland, the trader finally agreed to send the money to the bank account of the consumer.
