German entrepreneur argued, however, that the conclusion of the contract occurred and if the consumer wants to withdraw from it, he must pay a fine of 208 euros. The case went to the European Consumer Centre in Poland. After the intervention of ECC, German travel agency gave up claims towards the consumer.
