E-mails sent to the company were answered with stencil response generated by the electronic system. The consumer has not received neither product nor money.
In this situation, consumer asked the European Consumer Centre in Poland for help. The case was referred to the center in France, which contacted the trader. After this intervention, the seller agreed to refund. However, it did not want to pay the full amount. The consumer asked again ECC Poland for help. Another contact center with the entrepreneur has led to return the full amount of money.
The consumer regretted that prior to purchase she did not read negative opinions about the seller on the internet. On the web could be found many statements of people who were deceived by the French company.
