The uncomfortable client

The Polish consumer turned to the ECC Poland for help after the Italian e-shop refused to sell him the products. The trader cancelled his orders and blocked his credit card.

The consumer wanted to clarify the situation. The trader justified his decision by saying that the consumer returned products too many times in the past (but according to the law).


So it seems that the trader wanted to get rid of such uncomfortable client.

The consumer wanted to be able to buy in the shop again. ECC Poland and ECC Italy made it possible.
