Passed eight weeks and still on the bank account of the consumer did not appear the expected amount of 20 euros. The buyer turned for help to the ECC Poland. Thanks to the cooperation between Polish and Hungarian centre, the consumer was given his money back just in two weeks. In addition, ECC Poland considers reporting activity of the entrepreneur to the OCCP within the CPC-Net (network of cooperation between consumer bodies of EU Member States) as a violation of cross-border collective interests of consumers.
