Because of this during the flight, children did not have any additional care and support. It was only when leaving the aircraft stewardess realized that the children are flying without an adult and she did not want let them out of the plane.
The case was brought to the European Consumer Centre in Poland and ended with the carrier paying the compensation to the consumer, due to non-compliance with the agreement.
