The consumer filed a complaint. The seller has proposed to reduce the price of shoes by 70 PLN, which in his opinion was enough to cover the cost of repair. The problem was, however, that the defect of shoes could not be repaired in any way. The consumer complained to the ECC Poland, which referred the case to the ECC Germany, and from there it was transferred to the German ADR body. During the proceedings, were accepted the arguments of Polish client. The seller gave her back the full price of the shoes.
