The case was reported to the hotel management and the police. The hotel manager assured the consumer that the losses will be covered by their insurance policy. The condition was to provide by her a list of stolen items, along with their valuation.

The consumer after the return has sent all the required documents, but received no response. Consequently, filed a complaint to the ECC Poland. As a result of undertaken actions, the hotel contacted its insurance company and the consumer was paid 3,000 euros compensation.
