The consumer worried in particular about the safety of driving and reported the problem to the e-seller, demanding the repair or replacement of defective bike. She did not decide to withdraw from the contract, because the bicycle was bought in an attractive promotional price. The company, based on of photos assessed that the reported defect is only a splinter of the paint, which does not affect the safety and offered to pay 200 PLN of compensation. Following the intervention of ECC Poland and ECC Germany, the consumer received a new bike.
