CASE STUDY:
Wrong children

A Cyprus consument was with his family on holidays in Poland. The consumer bought for his two children a trip from Krakow to Auschwitz. Trip was planned for the last days of their stay. The children were waiting for a cruise bus at the previously agreed place, but the bus did not arrive. The consumer demanded compensation. The trader did not want to pay it in full. Thanks to the intervention of ECC Poland, the parties reached an agreement. At this unlucky day, driver accidentally took on the bus different people, thinking that they were children of the consumer…
