The consumers could not also contact with him, and the company – intermediary in a transaction – claimed that was not able to help. Then, the consumer turned to the ECC Norway. His case was transferred to the ECC in Poland. After the intervention, the seller within three days returned the full amount of the advance payment to the bank account of the consumer.
