In June 2013, the consumer filed a complaint requesting reimbursement of the difference in the price of tickets. By September, however, the consumer has not received any response from Irish airlines, although many reminders were sent. The carrier also did not pay the money. For this reason consumer contacted ECC Poland. After the transfer of the case to the European Consumer Centre in Ireland and establishing contact with the representatives of airline, the entrepreneur repaid the difference in the price of tickets.
