(Not)beauty treatment

A tourist from Norway during her stay in Poland, decided on keratin hair treatment in one of Warsaw’s renowned hairdressing salons. In addition, she received a recommendation from a hairdresser to buy special conditioner and shampoo. After the procedure, her hair looked even worse after washing.

During her stay in Krakow, the consumer went to the hairdressing salon of the same network to consult the service. She was told that her hair should not look that way. The consumer tried to resolve the dispute independently, however, without success. Thanks to ECC Norway and ECC Poland, who contacted the entrepreneur on behalf of the consumer, hairdressing salon gave her all the money back – 703 PLN (169 EUR).
