Refund for closed parking

Mr Bogdan used the services of a British intermediary to pay a parking fee of 15 euro at Wrocław airport. However, the consumer did not receive a document confirming the reservation of a parking place. Despite many e-mails sent by the consumer, the intermediary has not responded. For this reason, Mr Bogdan decided to go to the parking, where it turned out that the parking was closed.

The consumer immediately demanded a refund. The intermediary finally replied to the e-mails saying that he did not see such a transaction and blocked the receipt of e-mails from Mr Bogdan.

The consumer turned to the ECC Poland for help, which, in cooperation with the ECC UK, successfully got the consumer a refund of 15 EUR.
