DELAYED TRAIN

In connection with the cancellation of the train course operated by your company, I request compensation in the amount of <select 25%/50%> of the ticket’s cost on the basis of the provisions of Regulation No. 1371/2007 on Rail Passenger’ Rights and Obligations.

Description of the situation and justification

On… I was travelling from…. to…. According to the timetable, the train should have reached the destination at… However, it departed delayed and I reached the destination with the delay of… (indicate how many hours and minutes).

If the rail operator did not offer any assistance while waiting for the train:

In addition, while waiting for the train, the personnel did not offer me any assistance in the form of <select meals/beverages/accommodation>. Due to the fact that I had to bear the above costs myself, I request their reimbursement. I attach the bills to the complaint.
