The Lithuanian consumer ordered a photobook from a Polish online store. According to the customer its quality was very low, thin pages, poor color, blurriness and visible pixels. The consumer decided to submit a complaint and demanded a reprint of photobook. However, the trader did not want to fulfill her request blaming consumer for the poor quality of the photos. The consumer disagreed with the position of the online seller and reported the case to the ECC-Net. Thanks to the cooperation between ECC Lithuania and ECC Poland, which contacted the trader, the consumer received a full refund of 31.87 EUR.
