How to write a complaint to the online seller?
Complaints in English
On <insert date> on the website <insert link> I purchased <product name> for the amount of PLN/EUR <insert here the total amount>. I received the product on <date>. Order number: < specify number>.
The product <product name> does not meet my expectations. Therefore, using my right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, I would like to return it.
I ask for a refund of the purchase in amount of <enter the total amount> within 14 days to my account number <enter the IBAN account number>.
I will send the purchase back immediately.
