ECC (European Consumer Centre) network provides information and advice concerning consumer protection in cross-border transactions within the territory of the European Union, Norway and Iceland.
For the issues related to consumer protection in national transactions we suggest to contact poviat and city consumer spokesmen and Polish Consumer Organizations.

This means that the content of the correspondence sent to the Centre should include at least an indication of:
– the sender (name),
– the address (zip code, city(town), street and house number) of the sender,
– subject matter.
“Important notice! Lodging a complaint to the ECC Poland does not suspend the period of prescription for bringing an action at law.”
