Mr. Jacek bought 4 rattan chairs from a Spanish online store, for which he paid 524 euros. A week later, the consumer was informed that his selected chairs are unavailable. The seller offered to send other chairs instead, but Mr. Jacek asked to cancel the purchase. According to the store’s terms and conditions, the refund was to be made within 30 days.
The consumer did not receive his money back. The consumer contacted ECC Poland. Polish centre shared the case with the ECC Spain. Thanks to the cooperation of ECC Net centers, Mr. Jacek received a refund of 524 euros for the unrealized purchase.
