ECC Poland and ECC Germany will visit Slubice on 13th of July, during cross-border event „Hanseatic City Festival” to inform residents of their consumer rights and to provide them with information on the free of charge help, which they can get from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).

 Who can help consumers?

The experience of the ECC-Net shows that the residents of the border towns usually pay attention to offers of traders from neighbouring countries. The companies deciding to expand their business advertise in nearby but foreign areas and consumers can choose the most attractive products and services without worrying about transport costs.

And what consumers should do if they encounter a problem with a foreign trader? The answer is the European Consumer Centre in Poland a member of ECC-Net – a network which helps consumers to resolve cross-border cases, free of charge and in an amicable way.

“Hanseatic City Festival” 2019

The European Consumer Centre in Poland together with ECC Germany will take part in “Hanseatic City Festival”. Participants of the event will have chance to get information about consumer rights in EU countries, get free legal advice in three languages and win prizes in quizzes.

Meet us on 13th of July on Saturday at our stand at the Friendship Square (Plac Przyjazni) in Slubice at 10.00 am. – 5.00. pm.
