The dog of Mr Marek needed a rehabilitation. The consumer was looking for a corrective shoe and correction steps device. Mr Marek chose the product in a Hungarian online store. In total, he paid PLN 650 (around 150 euro).
After the delivery, he decided to withdraw from the contract. The equipment he received did not meet all the criteria to help Fafik recover. He sent the purchase back and was reimbursed 8 PLN (less than 2 euro) on his account!
The Hungarian seller did not respond to his emails, so Mr Marek asked ECC Poland for help.
Thanks to the cooperation between ECC Poland and ECC Hungary, Mr Marek got the difference back.
