A new way of contact with ECC Poland

From 17 April 2018 all complaints and consumer inquiries in electronic form should be sent only to the e-mail: ECCNET-PL@ec.europa.eu.

Please note, that we will not accept consumer complaints which will be sent to the e-mail: info@konsument.gov.pl

The change is caused by the introduction of a new online system for dealing with ECC-Net cases.
