Initially claim of the consumer was denied, then she was offered vouchers for future flights with this carrier. Therefore the consumer asked for the assistance of the ECC Poland. She has been advised of the possibility of applying for compensation in the amount of 250 euros for a delayed flight (additionally to claim for reimbursement for a taxi and meals). After 1.5 months the consumer received message with the information that the airline sent on her account nearly 300 euros.
