The development of online sales and liberalization of the aviation sector have changed the way consumers organize their holidays. More and more people are purchasing packages tailored to their individual needs – services are combined with each other in response to the needs and preferences of customers by one or more cooperating companies. For example, you can book your transportation and hotel stay with the same tour operator or rent a car through the website, which booked your flight. The current rules do not include this type of agreements.
